The 994x range of keypadsare a direct replacement for the 9930. The 9940 and 9943 keypads have aproximity tag reader coil fitted inside the case and can work with the sameproximity tags as the 934 proximity reader module. The 9941 has no detectorcoil fitted. The 9943 can also be connected to AX10 external proximity tagreader. All three keypads provide connections for an external panic alarmswitch and an exit terminate switch. The display is a two-line 16-characterLiquid Crystal Display (LCD) that can show alarm information, programmingsettings and other information. There are three LEDs that have the followingfunctions.Note: Depending on how the system is set up, the LEDs may not operateuntil a user code is presented.Issue 1 3 of 76
