790rIntroductionThe 790r Radio Strength Monitor and 734REUR-01 Test Transmitter can beused for site surveying, installation, servicing and fault finding with the<strong>Cooper</strong> <strong>Security</strong> Ltd 7xxr series of transmitters and receivers.Physical DescriptionFigure 1 shows the Radio Strength Monitor. At the top of the unit is a BNCsocket to attach the standard quarter wave antenna. Note the "Learn"sensor, used for learning the identity of the Test Transmitter. The front of theunit holds two four-position control switches, and a column of ten LEDsforming the display. Inside the unit is a loudspeaker to give an audible signalof R.F. presence. At the back of the case is the battery compartment, whichhouses a PP3 alkaline battery.11.
