Remove the wire fromthe Tamper Return (TR) terminal on the 9500, 9600 or 9800 SA bellconnections, then connect it to one of the ‘TAMP’ terminals on the 7400.Connect a new wire from the other ‘TAMP’ terminal to the SA bellTamper Return terminal. Connect from the 7400 relay to the 9056communicator or remote signalling interface.3. Set the ‘Remote Reset Terminal Mini-Jumper’ on the 9056 communicatorto the ‘RRT’ position.4. Program the 9500 control panel as ‘Direct Line Interface Fitted = YES ‘and ‘System Reset = Engineer’.Program the 9600 for remote reset enable/Engineer reset enabled.Program the 9800 as tellback enabled (command 23)/Engineer resetenabled.OperationWhen the alarm system is activated, the remote reset keypad stops the userfrom resetting the alarm until they enter the remote reset code at the remotereset keypad.
