Another way to move the chart on the screen is to use the arrow keys on the keyboard. To<br />

move the chart, just press the arrow that points in the direction that you want to see. If you want<br />

to see more of the chart to the right, press the right arrow key.<br />

Choosing the chart orientation<br />

The chart orientation change mode Allows adapting the display to different situations, in the case of an inland navigation<br />

the Head Up display mode allows tracking down more easily shore banks.<br />

This function allows the user to orient the Charts windows in function:<br />

1. Of the geographic North up: Mode the North at the top selected by default ( Orientation of the chart with<br />

regard to the cartography)<br />

2. Of its route: Course Up (chart orientation with regard to the active route)<br />

3. Of its heading: Head Up (chart orientation with regard to the logical heading).<br />

You can change the chart orientation simply by selecting one of the options proposed in the Orientation menu situated in<br />

the Chart palette.<br />

To choose a chart orientation mode:<br />

1. Click on the button " Orientation Chart " in the Chart Palette to enable the menu.<br />

2. Click again in the drop-down menu a orientation mode.<br />
