The polar Window appears on middle of the screen and it 's divided in three parts of information :<br />

First part of the window shows you a table which contains characteristic values:<br />

• Target Speed: the target speed is equal to the theoretic speed of the yacht, as suggested by the polar file<br />

(dependent on the wind force and the boat's course), and with the actual current wind bearing taken into<br />

account.<br />

• TWA:True Wind Angle<br />

• VMG Max.:VMG when heading into the wind close-hauled and when heading downwind.<br />

• Opt. Tack:the optimum tack angle (close-hauled), together with its corresponding speed<br />

• VMC Rate: this value is equivalent to the current speed towards the waypoint in comparison to the potential<br />

speed (as protracted by the current polar).<br />

• VMG Rate:efficiency, measured as a percentage and this value equals the measured VMG (near or tail wind) in<br />

comparison to the target VMG (as protracted by the polar values).<br />

Second part of the window gives you a table which contains characteristic values:
