"Out of limits" positioned<br />

When the GPS position moves off-course, a visual and audio alarm is activated. The "Out of limits" function can be<br />

adjusted only when your route is selected on Planning route and not on active route.<br />

Two methods are proposed for configuring this alarm:<br />

2 - By choosing a specific X.T.E. value applied on each leg of a route.<br />

1 - By choosing X.T.E. value by default:<br />

• Select [Options...] from the<br />

[Route ] menu.<br />

• Choose Display XTE as true<br />

for activating XTE alarm.<br />

• Choose the Default Leg XTE<br />

range by clicking in the<br />

corresponding field.<br />

• Enter a distance value directly<br />

or using the virtual numeric<br />

keyboard.<br />

Note that the default value is<br />

equal to 0,500Nm.<br />

• Select a Leg by clicking it on the chart displayed and choose the "Properties" option in the contextual menu list.<br />

• or by select a waypoint line in the Planning Route Center and click the "Properties" button on the center header<br />

toolbar.<br />

• The Waypoint properties window appears on the screen
