6. Select the line PACHA / GEONET or Simrad ITI or Scanmar or Marelec.<br />

The system is connected, select the line in the Instrument list by:<br />

1. Either double clicking the line.<br />

2. Or click on the Advanced settings button.<br />

3. The data settings : trawl on port COM2 appears to configure your system.<br />

PACHA / GEONET SYSTEM Data Settings<br />

The following setting dialog box is according to Pacha/Geonet System.<br />

All data provided by Pacha are coming on the PACHA DAP1 serial port.<br />

DAP2 configuration is used to simulate in <strong>MaxSea</strong> the arrival of the DAP2 transponder.<br />

DAP2 data positioning in fact, arrive through the DAP1 serial port.<br />

SIMRAD ITI SYSTEM Data Settings<br />

To change which information (position, heading and ground speed) from your instrument is feeding <strong>MaxSea</strong>:<br />

1. Either go to the [Utilities] menu and choose [Data Input-Output Settings] or press the [F4] keyboard shortcut.
