By choosing in the first zone area to import your previous database:<br />

1. Check corresponding box it is a <strong>MaxSea</strong> database previous <strong>version</strong> (between User Data or Vector<br />

Chart Data).<br />

2. Search and select previous Database.<br />

3. To import Vector charts database<br />

4. To import data from User data (file PTF file, PBG on), ASCII (xyz file), D.E.M. (Digital Elevation<br />

Model, *.GRD, *.G03)<br />

5. The path zone file import data<br />

6. Use "Add data files" button to select a new data file<br />

7. Use "Clear selection" button to clear a data file from the list before importing<br />

Note : if the import takes too much time, you can cancel by clicking on the "Cancel" button.<br />

Import data to <strong>MaxSea</strong> 3D database<br />

You can import your own data using the files you have previously recorded or and also miscelously data .<br />

You can also import data<br />

From a <strong>version</strong> 8.1 DataBase (Be careful and don’t use this option if the <strong>version</strong> 8.1 database contains<br />

DEM grid data)<br />

From vector chart Data<br />

From files<br />

1. From User Data<br />

2. From ASCII file<br />

3. From D.E.M. ("Mapmedia" 3D charts and <strong>MaxSea</strong> "3D charts world database")<br />

To import data, select [Import to 3D data base] from the [File] menu<br />

Then select the type of data you wish to import:
