To set up the measurement units that you normally use go to [Option: units] under [Utilities] menu.
Track line
1. Select line width option to define the width of track displayed on chart.
2. left-click on the pop-up menu to pull down a menu.
3. choose one track width.
Two ways for choosing a track color :
1 -Fixed Track color
2 - Variable Track color
select Fixed color option.
choose a single color from the color palette.
Software Options
You could choose a variable track color in accordance with one of the data sources recognized
by the software (e.g. speed of the ship, wind force factor, etc.).
1. click on "According to..." , to access the color palette range.
2. choose the data from which the color track will change (for example, speed).
3. click on the "Edit color range" button to bring up the window color range.
4. use the keyboard to select the delimiting speed values by successively selecting text
zones (for example, speed of less than knots: blue track; speed exceeding knots: red
track; speed between the two: variable color).
5. click on the Apply button to validate the display.
Note: the data sources are dependent upon the electronic equipment installed.
Display tab
Display is checked and the boat symbol will be displayed on screen.
Click on the color zone area of the symbol to choose in which color you want to the boat symbol.
Size an type of the boat symbol
Minimum ship size unit is defined in pixel unit. Choose a size.
The boat symbol cannot be less small than minimum size defined by the user.
