Choosing a "Distances Measurement" display Two categories of Distances Measurement between the Great circle or Rhumb line calculations The software can work in Great circle or Rhumb line on the chart. You are advised to always work in Great circle method. Great Circle is checked by default. Customizing and choosing "Miscellaneous" display options Palette data font size The pop-up menu can be used to specify the character size used for text inside the displays. Smallest is chosen by default. Display chart outlines Antemeridian Display Chart Outlines is checked by default and pink rectangles are displayed on the chart and show available charts. Uncheck this box to hide contours on chart. Select the box to choose a chart display centered on the antemeridian ( longitude 180°) which replaces the display centered on the Greenwich (longitude 0°) meridian . 487
