MaxSea Operator Manual version 12.6
You can enter:
460
• A name for the archive logbook ( the current date is designed for the name by default)
• The name of the port of origin.
• The name of the port of destination.
We strongly recommend that you regularly archive the current logbook ( at the end of each cruise for
example).
The archived logbook is added in the archived logbook table (see the Archived Logbook window)
Note: navigation logbooks are saved in text format and may be opened in applications such as
spreadsheets and database management programs for sorting and analyzing.
Opening an archived logbook
Archived logbooks may be opened at any time when the software is running.
You just need to activate the function [Open logbook file] from the [Logbook] menu, and to select the
archived logbook from the "Archived Logbook window".
A logbook window like the active logbook window is displayed. Click on this window’s close button to hide it
from the archived logbook window.

Hooray! Your file is uploaded and ready to be published.
