MaxSea Operator Manual version 12.6
(2) - Display density
482
Three modes are proposed:
1. The Normal density option allows to optimize the resolution of the 2D data display resolution.
2. Select Low density option if you want to obtain more display speed.
3. Select High density option if you wish to obtain more details of the 2D data display resolution.
Note: if you have checked the GRID box under the "display" zone, the grid is drawn only in a normal mode and
does not appears when either the "low density" or the "high density" mode is checked.
(3) - Interpolation
The interpolation check box allows you to select either Spline or Dilatation algorithms to display the data.
The Spline mode is a smooth mode more adapted to high scales but is slower.
The Dilatation mode is faster and more adapted to situations where data is grouped in a small geographical zone.
There is no smoothing in this mode, only calculated data is displayed.
