MaxSea Operator Manual version 12.6 288 • The 2D view option allows you to be centered according the 2D view. By default this option is selected and the Camera altitude options is not available. • The boat option allows you to center the camera on the boat . By default the camera is positioned behind the boat and the camera moves according to the movement of the boat. • The trawl option allows you to center the camera on the trawl. The camera moves according to the movement of the trawl. This option is unavailable if the trawl is not displayed. Note: The Camera altitude can be changed with the boat or the trawl option. 2 -Two options for the camera altitude settings: If the "Mobile altitude" option is selected , the camera is centered on the mobile's altitude ( if the Boat option is selected the mobile altitude is equal to 0 or if the trawl option is selected the mobile altitude is equal to the depth of the trawl). The "On the ground" option is selected, the camera is centered on the ground.
PBG Real Time Bathymetry PBG Real Time and 2D/3D - this function is included in MaxSea depending on your own software version. PBG allows to get depth data from a sounder in real time. When the function is activated, the depth data is automatically recorded (in the database) and the 2D and 3D displays are updated in real time in the window chart. Note: a sounder must be connected and the input/output port must be configured. The PBG on/off button activate or deactivate the real-time recording of depth data. When PBG is on, the data is automatically recorded and the 2D and 3D displays are updated as configured. The PBG settings (filter, tide…) can be configured in the 2D/3D properties dialog box. Access to PBG options: Select [Option: PBG/2D/3D ] from the [Utilities] menu to open the full dialog box for "PBG / 2D / 3D" options. In this section: 1. How to configure PBG options 2.
