2. Click the "Action" drop down menu in the toolbar and choose "Duplicate Route" in the list.<br />

TIP - you can also use the right-click menu on a line in the Routes Center to quickly access to the duplication route<br />

function.<br />

Delete Entire Route<br />

To delete a route:<br />

1. Display the Routes Center and click a line for choosing the route to be deleted.<br />

2. Press on your keyboard or click the "Action" button in the center toolbar and choose the Delete option.<br />

3. A dialog is displayed to confirm the deletion the Route with the ID number.<br />

4. Click the Yes button when prompted to confirm the deletion.<br />

Tips - you can also:<br />

Right-click on a Route and select "Delete Route"<br />

Click with the Delete Tool (Pacman) on an UNSELECTED route (display in blue)<br />

Import Previous Routes<br />

You can open a Route that you have already recorded with a <strong>MaxSea</strong> previous <strong>version</strong>, or save as a GPX file (format<br />

which is compatible with various software).<br />

Importing a .wpt file :<br />

or<br />

1. Under the [file] menu, select [Open...]<br />

2. Search and choose the required planning route (xxxxx.wpt file) and then click "Open".<br />

1. Under the [Route] menu, select [Import] and click on [Import .wpt file...]<br />

2. Choose a Route file and click "Open".<br />

Importing a .gpx file:<br />

1. Under the [Route] menu, select [Import] and click on [Import .gpx file...]<br />

2. Search and choose the required "xxxxx.gpx" file on your hard disk and then click "Open".<br />

The planning route is then displayed on the chart and added in the Routes Center.<br />

Note: you can only display one route plan at a time on the chart. You can also open route file saved with<br />

previous software <strong>version</strong>.<br />

IMPORTANT - If the active file and the chart are in known and different datum , you have to convert the datum. For
