COST specifies unit costs for up to nine charge blocks. The costentry is a list of dollar cost per unit of the blocks ofenergy used by the facility with the entries ordered tocorrelate with appropriate blocks. In current practice, thefirst block of energy will generally be highest in cost withthe unit cost for the ensuing energy charge blocks successivelylower. The user specifies as many unit costs asthere are different unit rates in the cost sChedule. Forexample, if the cost schedule has three charge blocks atunit costs of $0.03, $0.02, and $0.01, the data entry isSOURCE-SITE-EFFExample of ENERGY-COST Instruction:COST = (0.03, 0.02. 0.01)The monthly energy cost will be the sum of the products ofeach block size multiplied by the assigned cost for thatblock.
