REPORT PS~I- EQUIPMENT LIFE CYCLE COSTSFor each piece of equipment the report generates information as follows:1) Nominal Size in MBtuh2) Number Installed3) First Cost of Equipment4) Annual Cost is the present value of life-cycle cost for maintenance andconsumables.5) Cyclical Costs gives the present value of the life-cycle cost for majorand minor overhauls and for equipment replacement.The user must review Table V.l to make sure that equipment-cost-relateddefault values are appropriate. Otherwise, the information in this reportwill be of little value.The first column of numbers gives the total life-cycle cost for eachequipment type. The second column gives the components of this total forall pieces of equipment of that type. The remaining column gives the costcomponents for each size of equipment. If there is only one size, columnstwo and three will be identical.VII.Ill
