Geode GXLV Processor SeriesElectrical Specifications (Continued)6.7 AC CHARACTERISTICSThe following tables list the AC characteristics includingoutput delays, input setup requirements, input holdrequirements, and output float delays. The rising-clockedgereference level V REF , and other reference levels areshown in Table 6-13. Input or output signals must crossthese levels during testing.Input setup and hold times are specified minimums thatdefine the smallest acceptable sampling window for whicha synchronous input signal must be stable for correct operation. All AC tests are performed at V CC2 = 2.1V to 2.31V (2.2VNominal), V CC2 = 2.37V to 2.63V (2.5V Nominal), V CC2 =2.76V to 3.05V (2.9V Nominal), V CC3 = 3.0V to 3.6V (3.3VNominal), T C =0 o Cto85 o C, R L = 50 ohms, and C L =50pF unless otherwise specifiedWhile most minimum, maximum, and typical AC characteristicsare only shown as a single value, they are testedand guaranteed across the entire processor core voltagerange of 2.2V to 2.9V (nominal). AC characteristics thatare affected significantly by the core voltage or speedgrade are documented accordingly.Table 6-13.
