Our bus<strong>in</strong>ess has to be built on clear pr<strong>in</strong>ciples <strong>and</strong> sound governance. It helps us ma<strong>in</strong>ta<strong>in</strong> trust <strong>in</strong> the <strong>Nestlé</strong> br<strong>and</strong><br />
<strong>and</strong> reduces risk throughout <strong>our</strong> value cha<strong>in</strong>. We regulate the way we do bus<strong>in</strong>ess us<strong>in</strong>g the <strong>Nestlé</strong> Corporate<br />
Bus<strong>in</strong>ess Pr<strong>in</strong>ciples, which form the basis of <strong>our</strong> culture, <strong>our</strong> values <strong>and</strong> <strong>our</strong> Creat<strong>in</strong>g <strong>Shared</strong> <strong>Value</strong> strategy. The<br />
pr<strong>in</strong>ciples are reviewed by <strong>our</strong> Executive Board <strong>and</strong> aligned with <strong>in</strong>ternational best practice, <strong>in</strong>corporat<strong>in</strong>g global<br />
