5 RapportCOMPTES CONSOLIDÉSdes Commissaires aux comptes sur les comptes consolidés■ le Groupe procède à chaque clôture annuelle, ou lorsqu’il existe un indice de perte de valeur, à un test de dépréciation des écarts d’acquisition, selonles modalités décrites aux paragraphes 2.7 et 2.11 de la note 2 « Règles de comptabilisation et d’évaluation IFRS » et dans la note 3 de l’annexe. Nousavons examiné les modalités de mise en œuvre de ce test de dépréciation ainsi que les prévisions de flux de trésorerie et les autres hypothèses utilisées ;■ la note 1 « Faits marquants de l’exercice » précise l’impact sur les comptes consolidés de la comptabilisation d’une provision de restructurationau titre du projet Excellence, soit 56,6 millions d’euros. Nos travaux ont principalement consisté à examiner les données utilisées, à apprécier leshypothèses retenues et à revoir les calculs effectués.Les appréciations ainsi portées s’inscrivent dans le cadre de notre démarche d’audit des comptes consolidés, pris dans leur ensemble, et ont donccontribué à la formation de notre opinion exprimée dans la première partie de ce rapport.Vérification spécifiqueNous avons également procédé, conformément aux normes d’exercice professionnel applicables en France, à la vérification spécifique prévue par la loides informations données dans le rapport sur la gestion du Groupe.
