two specimens of the Conus Cedo Nulli. After his death one of them was<br />

bought by the King of Portugal; the other by van Segveldt (q.v.), some years<br />

later the latter went toN, Anderson (q.v.), whose collection came into the<br />

possession of Lyonet (q.v.). Boehmer 1785-1789, I, p. 391 mentions his sale<br />

catalogue; 's-Gravenhage 1731 (Gersaint 1736, p. 18 says: sold for about 4<br />
