Amsterdam - 2 Aug. 1947 (Heemstede?). Lawyer. 1900 Secretary, later on Director
of "Het Nederlandsche Veem"; 1908-1928 Director of the "Graan Elevator
Maatschappij 11 at Rotterdam. He had no children. (His wife Ellen Dagmar
Eliasen died 22 Dec, 1946, cf. Entom. Ber, XII, 1947, p, lll-112).
