2b) Linear Regression<br />

2b.1) MSIT Factors as Independent Variable<br />

Table 13 below shows the results of stepwise linear regression analyses conducted on total scores from the<br />

MSIT and MBI data. Multiple linear regression analyses were conducted with the seven MSIT factors acting as<br />

independent variables against the three MBI-GS factors in order to determine the direction of relationship, i.e. with<br />

workplace hazards impacting upon mental health outcomes.<br />
