Results as displayed in Table 15 show that there are significant differences in the mean scores between the<br />

two samples extrapolated from the data. As would be expected, for each of the five factors which are scored in the<br />

same direction (i.e. positively phrased) the non-high scoring groups on average scored higher than those assumed<br />

to be suffering from burnout. Similarly for those found to be undergoing a high level of burnout scores were higher<br />

for the remaining two factors: Demands and Relationships.<br />
