POSITIVE RESULTS OF THE MBI-GS<br />

o The second questionnaire looked at three particular potential<br />

outcomes of chronic/prolonged workplace stress and indicated that<br />

employees had moderate levels of Exhaustion and Cynicism toward<br />

their work.<br />

o In other words individuals did not feel overly tired out at the<br />

end of the working day; and individuals have a normal attitude<br />

(i.e. not cynical) towards their work.<br />
