We have added our own experience <strong>and</strong> insight into theequation as well.Since the first edition was published we have been pursuing a number<strong>of</strong> our own inquiries into the nature <strong>of</strong> <strong>change</strong>, <strong>and</strong> we include two <strong>of</strong>these perspectives in Part Three. In Chapter 9 we look at how you mightmanage <strong>change</strong> which is complex rather than simple, <strong>and</strong> some <strong>of</strong> thetools <strong>and</strong> techniques which can assist. We conclude, in Chapter 10, byasking the question ‘Is there one right way <strong>of</strong> managing <strong>change</strong>?’Hopefully by now, you will recognize that there isn’t.
