This occupation specializes in processing and<br />

selling poultry. Chickens are the most popular poultry,<br />

but poulterers also sell rabbits, hares, kids, and<br />

lambs. Daily wages are typically 6 s.p.<br />

Guild: Poulterers’ Guild. Each apprentice<br />

must serve 5 years. Once an apprentice for 7 years,<br />

they may apply to work as a journeyman for the<br />

guild.<br />

For a journeyman to become a master, they<br />

must be able financially to open their own shop,<br />

and receive the approval of the guild. To receive<br />

approval, they must pass a Persuasion skill check.<br />

The TH begins at 30 and is decreased by 1 for every<br />

period of 6 months in which the journeyman has<br />

worked locally with the guild. The Aedile may overrule<br />

this skill check or apply any modifier deemed<br />

appropriate.<br />

Prince/Princess<br />

This occupation is not chosen, but inherited.<br />

A prince is the son of a king and queen. If<br />

multiple princes exist, then the oldest living prince<br />

will become king when the king dies. A princess is<br />

the daughter of the king and queen. If the king<br />

dies and he has no princes, then the princess will<br />

become queen; shortly thereafter she will select and<br />

marry any male of royal birth, who will become king.<br />

Daily wages are an allowance, if given, from the king.<br />

The days of princes and princesses are filled<br />

with education; they are learning how to rule and<br />

make good decisions.<br />

advances in level by winning the approval and favor<br />

of the king and queen over rival princes or princesses.<br />

Each time that the king or queen acts in<br />

favor of this prince or princess, 5 AP is earned. If<br />

the prince or princess has no brothers or sisters,<br />

then each time the public acts in favor of the prince,<br />

instead of the king or queen, 5 AP is earned.<br />
