Jewelry, Talismans<br />

A talisman is an object that produces magical<br />

effects. Most talismans are cut or engraved with<br />

a sign.<br />

01-33 Talisman of Talent: Whosoever<br />

owns this talisman may call upon its<br />

powers by rubbing the engraved sign prior<br />

to exercising a skill. The symbol consists of<br />

5 interconnected rings. Once rubbed, this<br />

talisman bestows a bonus of + 3 to the next<br />

skill attempted. This talisman may only be<br />

used twice per day.<br />

34-66 Talisman of Trading:<br />

Whosoever handles this talisman will notice<br />

that it is circular and made of iron. Around<br />

the rim it is written, “NEVERENDING,<br />

EVER TRADING.” Whosoever handles<br />

this talisman may cast a spell inside it at will.<br />

Roll 1d10 to determine the spell level of the<br />

talisman. Next, roll 1d6 (rerolling 6’s) to<br />

determine the discipline of magic in the talisman.<br />

Finally, consult Appendix 2: Spell Lists<br />

to randomly select the spell. This spell may<br />

be cast as often as desired, but each time it<br />

is cast, the talisman drains 1 random subability<br />

point.<br />

67-100 Talisman of Trapping:<br />

Whosoever handles this talisman will notice<br />

that it is pure gold and has a pentagram engraved<br />

on both sides -- 1 upright, the other<br />

inverted. The pentagrams are surrounded<br />

by small, ancient symbols that are unknown<br />

to all. This talisman is capable of casting<br />

magic. If any foe attacks the owner, who<br />

must be holding or otherwise touching the<br />

talisman, then the talisman will cast a random<br />

domination spell at the foe. Roll 1d10<br />

to determine the spell level, then consult<br />

Appendix 2: Spell Lists to randomly determine<br />

the spell cast. This talisman casts spells at<br />

the 20 th level of spellcasting ability. Each<br />

time a spell is cast, the talisman has a 1%<br />

chance of absorbing the body of the holder.<br />

Absorption is instantaneous and the talisman<br />

is hot to the touch for 1d100 rounds<br />

thereafter. The absorbed character is dead.<br />

Miscellaneous<br />

Miscellaneous magical items are those that<br />

do not fit under any other category.<br />

01-07 Anvil of the Angry: Whosoever<br />

uses a weapon or tool made on this<br />

anvil against another in anger will receive a<br />

bonus of 1d10 to the attack and damage rolls.<br />

Whosoever wears armor made on this anvil<br />

and is attacked in combat will receive a penalty<br />

of 1d10 to their CA. Finally, whosoever<br />

touches any object made by this anvil<br />

will experience a bonus of 1d10 Choleric<br />

points to their temperament while touching<br />

the object.<br />

08-14 Condom of Calamity:<br />

Whosoever wears this magical condom will<br />

notice nothing odd until their manhood is<br />

inserted into a vagina. Once inside, the condom<br />

will cause the manhood to increase in<br />

circumference by (2d100)%. It may be necessary<br />

to consult Vaginal Circumference<br />

Potential and Ripped Orifice in Chapter 2:<br />

Body. This enlargement will feel pleasing to<br />

the male, but painful to the female. It will<br />

be impossible to remove the manhood from<br />

the vagina until after ejaculation.<br />

15-21 Condom of Climaxing:<br />

Whosoever wears this magical condom will<br />

cause their sexual partner to be 30% likely<br />

to climax each minute until the wearer withdraws.<br />

22-28 Condom of Continuity:<br />

Whosoever wears this magical condom will<br />

last 2d100 minutes, while hard as a rock,<br />

before being able to ejaculate.<br />

29-35 Cursed Condom of<br />

Breaking: Whosoever wears this magical<br />

condom will not notice that it breaks prior<br />

to ejaculation, exposing the entire head of<br />

the manhood. Worse, any cum that launches<br />

forth from manhood otherwise covered by<br />

this condom is 69% likely to impregnate the<br />

female partner.
