Description: Casting this spell creates paint that will<br />

magically form a hideously artistic and disfigured<br />

portrait of the target creautre, selected<br />

by the caster’s thoughts. The target<br />

must pass a Drive ability check at TH 14. If<br />

failed, then the target creature will flee for<br />

1d10 rounds per level of the caster, which<br />

must be determined each time the spell is<br />

cast. If passed, then the target is unaffected<br />

and the spell is wasted.<br />

abilities of the target by 5 points for<br />

Common Sense.<br />

The target creature must be touched<br />

successfully. If the target creature resists<br />

being touched, then the caster must make a<br />

Brawling skill check (see Chap. 8: Skills).<br />

Description: Casting this spell causes a randomly<br />

selected victim within the area to become<br />

dismembered, and therefore die unless capable<br />

of regenerating. Since the caster is<br />

also within the area (the caster is the center<br />

of the area), the caster may also be dismembered<br />

randomly. Regardless of a creature’s<br />

LP, it will die. Magical forces tear each limb<br />

from its socket, including the removal of the<br />

head. The body parts will be scattered<br />

nearby and the incident will be inexplicable<br />

to bystanders.<br />

The area is determined randomly as<br />

follows. First, roll 1d4. The unit of measurement<br />

is either (1) inches, (2) feet, (3)<br />

yards, or (4) miles. Next, multiply 1 unit of<br />

this measurement by 1d1000. This is the<br />

area of the spell’s effect.<br />
