Description: Casting this spell causes water to transmogrify<br />

to blood. Nearby Rivers Run Red<br />

with blood. Some scholars and casters prefer<br />

to call this spell “Transmogrify Water to<br />

Blood,” but this reference is incorrect; there<br />

are many instances of water that will not<br />

transmogrify to blood, such as the water in<br />

the body of a character. The range of this<br />

spell is that it affects merely rivers and<br />

streams closest to the caster at the time of<br />

casting. The affected area is determined by<br />

the level of the caster. Consult the table<br />

creature will feel extremely supple.<br />

The target creature must be touched<br />

successfully. If the target creature resists<br />

being touched, then the caster must make a<br />

Brawling skill check (see Chap. 8: Skills).<br />
