Chapter 13: Magical Items<br />

Household Items, Chalices<br />

A chalice is a drinking cup with a handle<br />

beneath it. It is a sacrament in religious rituals.<br />

01-16 Chalice of Cannibalism:<br />

Whosoever drinks from this chalice must<br />

pass a Drive sub-ability check at TH 21 or<br />

permanently become a cannibal. This chalice<br />

only functions once per character. If<br />

the chalice is destroyed, its effects do not<br />

disappear. If a character, who is made a cannibal<br />

by this chalice, eats or drinks from anything<br />

other than someone of their own race<br />

then they will violently puke and not feel<br />

satisfied.<br />

17-32 Chalice of Charging:<br />

Whosoever drinks the blood of another<br />

from this chalice will feel charged and experience<br />

a temporary increase of 1d20 Life<br />

Points for 1d100 rounds. This temporary<br />

increase may exceed the maximum natural<br />

LP of the character for this duration. This<br />

chalice only functions once per character per<br />

year.<br />

33-48 Chalice of Charm: Whosoever<br />

drinks from this chalice will be<br />

charmed by whosoever filled the chalice. A<br />

charmed character will feel great affection<br />

toward them, and will attempt to help,<br />

though will not act stupidly. It is impossible<br />

to be charmed by yourself with this device.<br />

49-64 Chalice of Cheer: Whosoever<br />

drinks from this chalice will experience<br />

a permanent increase of 1d100 points of<br />

Sanguine temperament. This chalice only<br />

functions once per character.<br />

65-80 Chalice of Choking: Whosoever<br />

drinks from this chalice must pass a<br />

Health sub-ability check at TH 21 or choke<br />

to death.<br />

81-100 Chalice of Chuntering:<br />

Whosoever drinks from this chalice must<br />

pass a Common Sense sub-ability check at<br />

TH 17 or talk in a low and inarticulate voice<br />

for 1d10 hours. During this time, the character<br />

will be muttering complaints, otherwise<br />

known as chuntering.<br />

Household Items, Chess Sets<br />

Chess is a game of ancient origin for 2 played<br />

on a chessboard on which each player moves his<br />

chessmen according to fixed types of movements<br />

for each across the board in such as way as to checkmate<br />

the foe’s king.<br />

01-50 Chess Set of Chastity: If<br />

a female plays a game of chess on this board<br />

and wins against a foe who broke her hymen,<br />

then her hymen will be restored and<br />

she will seem to be re-flowered.<br />

51-100 Chess Set of Kings: The<br />

pieces of this chess set resist all players who<br />

attempt to move them, unless the player is a<br />

king by birth.<br />

Household Items, Chests<br />

A chest is a container for storage. Usually, it<br />

is a box with a hinged lid, especially for the safekeeping<br />

of valuables or the storing of tools or belongings.<br />

01-50 Bottomless Chest: This<br />

chest has an infinite space inside. Anything<br />

placed within will be lost forever to anyone<br />

who does not know the command phrase<br />

of “Spank the Silly Strumpet Sideways for<br />

17 Seconds.” The dimensions of this chest<br />

are always 3’ x 4’ x 5’. Nothing can be placed<br />

within it that exceeds these dimensions. The<br />

chest weighs 1 pound but appears to be made<br />

of solid wood. The chest may be locked<br />

and unlocked by speaking the command<br />

phrase of “If you don’t cut open the stomach,<br />

the corpse will rise and float.”<br />

51-100 Chest of Chests: Whosoever<br />

opens this chest will experience a<br />

growth of their own chest by 1 Cup Size.<br />

This growth is permanent, but may only<br />

happen once per chest per character.
