The County of Broome does hereby establish the following charges and fees in connection
with the boarding and disposition of seized dogs at the Broome County Dog Shelter:
A. Adoption of dog from shelter: $195.00, effective January 1, 2009. Said adoption fee shall
include the license fee, all necessary vaccinations, microchipping and registration with
the Shelter's local database, and spaying or neutering as required.
B. Redemption of seized dog by owner.
