A<strong>RT</strong>ICLE I<br />

Donations to Willow Point Nursing Facility<br />

[Adopted 11-20-1997 by Res. No. 489]<br />

§ 207-1. Acceptance of donations authorized.<br />

This <strong>County</strong> Legislature authorizes and approves acceptance of items (clothing, furniture,<br />

television sets, flowers from funerals, etc.) donated by families of deceased residents.<br />

§ 207-2. Donation of excess items.<br />

Any excess items not used by the Willow Point Nursing Facility residents shall be donated to<br />

other charitable organizations.<br />

§ 207-3. Items to be discarded.<br />

Any such items donated to Willow Point Nursing Facility by families of deceased residents<br />

that are not used by other residents or accepted by charitable organizations shall be discarded<br />

by Willow Point Nursing Facility.<br />

§ 207-4. Implementation.<br />

The <strong>County</strong> Executive or his duly authorized representative is hereby empowered to execute<br />

any such agreements, documents or papers, approved as to form by the Department of Law, as<br />

may be necessary to implement the intent and purpose of this article.<br />
