Collection of Delinquent Village Taxes<br />

[Adopted 8-5-1975 byL.L. No. 5-1975]<br />

Notwithstanding any general, special or local law to the contrary, upon receipt of a village<br />

ordinance, local law or resolution of a village within <strong>Broome</strong> <strong>County</strong> requesting the <strong>County</strong> of<br />

<strong>Broome</strong> to collect delinquent village taxes subsequent to the effective date of this article and<br />

upon certification of correctness of such unpaid taxes by the village authorities, the<br />

Commissioner of Finance of <strong>Broome</strong> <strong>County</strong> may collect such village taxes, provided that<br />
