Payments to the Division of Security
[Adopted 3-16-1995 as part of L.L. No. 3-1995]
§ 125-22. Credit card payments.
There shall be a service charge of not more than $3.50, as determined from time to time by
the Director of the Division of Security, for any transaction in which a credit card is used for
any payment made to the Division of Security, which shall be in addition to any other fee or
service charge applicable to the transaction.
§ 125-23. Collections.
With respect to any amount collected by the Division of Security for a returned check or
payment of a past due balance, there shall be a service charge of $20 which shall be in
addition to any other amount owed.

Legislative Clerk Fees

§ 125-24. Fees established.
A. There shall be a fee of $2 per book for copies of the Guide to County, City, Town and
Village Officials. This fee shall not apply to the first copy of the Guide requested by a
person or organization.
B. This fee shall not apply to the State of New York, its political subdivisions, agencies or
instrumentalities.

by L.L. No. 9-1995. Section 2 of this local law also provided that any fee paid on or before 12-31-1995 shall not be
refunded due to the repeal of L.L. No. 14-1993.
