§ 158-3 PARKS AND RECREATION AREAS<br />

(4) No person except duly authorized employees or agents of the Department shall<br />

use, carry or possess any fireworks or explosive substances within the park.<br />

(5) No person shall possess any other dangerous weapons within the park.<br />

D. Harrassment.<br />

(1) No person shall strike, shove, kick or otherwise subject another person to physical<br />

contact or attempt to do the same with the intent to harass, annoy or alarm such<br />

other person.<br />

(2) No person shall follow a person about the park with the intent to harrass, annoy or<br />

alarm such other person.<br />

(3) No person shall engage in a course of conduct or repeatedly commit acts which<br />

alarm or seriously annoy such other person and which serve no legitimate purpose.<br />

(4) No person shall threaten or menace any other person with any instrument or by<br />

using any animal to do the same with the intent to harass, annoy or alarm such<br />

other person.<br />

E. Disorderly conduct.<br />

(1) No person shall, with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or<br />

recklessly creating a risk thereof, engage in fighting or in violent, tumultuous or<br />

threatening behavior.<br />

(2) No person shall, with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or<br />

recklessly creating a risk thereof, make unreasonable noise.<br />

(3) No person shall, with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm or<br />

recklessly creating a risk thereof, use abusive or obscene language or make an<br />

obscene gesture in a public place.<br />

(4) No person shall, with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm or<br />

recklessly creating a risk thereof, without lawful authority, disturb any lawful<br />

assembly or meeting of persons.<br />

(5) No person shall, with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or<br />

recklessly creating a risk thereof, obstruct vehicular or pedestrian traffic.<br />

(6) No person shall, with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or<br />

recklessly creating a risk thereof, congregate with other persons in a public place<br />

and refuse to comply with a lawful order of a security officer or other law<br />

enforcement officer to disperse. [Amended 5-9-1989 by L.L. No. 6-1989]<br />

(7) No person shall, with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or<br />

recklessly creating a risk thereof, create a hazardous or physically offensive<br />

condition by any act which serves no legitimate purpose.<br />

F. Public lewdness.<br />
