§ 214-1. Refund policy.
The County Clerk's office policy with regard to overpayment of filing fees sent by mail is that
no refund will be processed and due for any overpayment of filing fees mailed to the County
Clerk's office unless the refund is over $5.
ARTICLE II
Highway Work Permit Fees

§ 214-2. Fee established; implementation.
A. The County Legislature hereby establishes a highway work permit fee of $45 per permit
effective July 1, 1989.
B. The County Executive or his duly authorized representative is hereby authorized to
execute any such agreements, documents or papers, approved as to form by the
Department of Law, as may be necessary to implement the intent and purpose of this
Article.
