§ 158-4 PARKS AND RECREATION AREAS<br />

H. Cross-country ski rental (includes skis, boots, poles and bindings). [Amended 4-14-1992<br />

(1) Fees.<br />

(2) A charge of $2 will be applied for each fifteen-minute period that equipment is<br />

returned late at the end of each day. A ten-minute grace period will be allowed.<br />

(3) A maximum of 25 individual season passes may be given away each season.<br />

O. Other fees. Fees for other programs or events may be charged to recover costs. They may<br />

be deposited as revenue or, as need requires, deposited in a special checking account to<br />

be disbursed for expenses for that program or event. Any excess in said checking<br />

accounts at the completion of the program or event will be deposited as revenue or<br />

placed in accounts, as designated by Resolution No. 345 of November 8, 1978, for<br />

purchase of recreational equipment.<br />
