114/316 Bosch <strong>Rexroth</strong> AG | <strong>Tightening</strong> Technology 7 Data Services7.2 Ethernet communication7.2.7.2 Emergency backup of results filesThe following options are available to perform an emergency backup of results files that have not yet beensaved in the storage module:– Remove the CF<strong>350</strong> storage module and read the results using a CF card reader, e.g. on a laptop.This backup is always possible, but requires a temporary shutdown of the tightening system. You canalso delete all the data from the storage module using a laptop.– Pick up the files via FTP: The results files can be read out using the FTP server service, which is actuallyresponsible for transferring ID codes. The same user account is used to do this, that also transfersthe ID code files to the tightening system 1) . The data is accessed with an FTP client or InternetExplorer, Netscape, etc. A prerequisite for using this option is, however, functioning access to thetightening system via Ethernet.– Backup via the BS<strong>350</strong>: This type of backup can only depict a file on a computer screen. It is, however,possible to save the file on the operating computer's hard disk in the screen display program.– Backup via the Maintenance index card (see page 114). It is possible to transfer all the data to thecomputer on which the BS<strong>350</strong> operating system is running.7.2.7.3 Statistics index cardResults that have not yet been transferred are shown in the Statistics index card:Figure 7–19:Prepared data awaiting transfer via FTPThe overview has the same structure as the directory in the storage module:– Column 1 shows the results for a specified tightening channel (CH_xx_x).– Column 2 shows which tightening program produced the result.– Column 3 lists the number of results files from the tightening program in columns 1 and 2 that havenot been transferred.7.2.7.4 Maintenance index cardVarious functions for the storage module are summarized in the Maintenance index card:1) The person with client access on the FTP server is the authorized user in this case.<strong>System</strong> <strong>350</strong> | 3 608 878 040/05.2008
