6 Control Signals Tightening Technology | Bosch Rexroth AG 67/3166.3 Timing diagrams6.3 Timing diagramsPLC signal status is described as follows:Signal = “high”Signal = “low”Signal change from “low” to “high”Signal change from “high” to “low”6.3.1 Switching on the tightening controller(1) Input, (2) Output6.3.2 Normal tightening sequence with program change and without result reset(1) Input, (2) OutputThere is a delay between the OK/NOK and CyCmp signals when outputting the results, e.g. via the serialinterface module. The OK/NOK signal comes at the end of the tightening process and CyCmp only afterthe result has been processed. After results processing, the result is output. Results output is thus notalways completed after a sequence end for single-channel tightenings (see CyCmp – Cycle Complete(Sequence End, Output) on page 61). This delay depends on the data output and can last from several100 msec up to several seconds.System 350 | 3 608 878 040/05.2008
