304/316 Bosch Rexroth AG | Tightening Technology 10 Working with the System10.4 Results storage and statistics10.4.7.6 Histogram index cardIn the Good range window index card, data pairs from Characteristic 1 and Characteristic 2 are displayedin a coordinate system. The valid monitoring and intervention limits are also displayed.A data pair is always made up of characteristic 1 and characteristic 2; a data pair formed from only onecharacteristic cannot be displayed. Characteristic 1 is always entered in the Y-axis and characteristic 2always in the X-axis.Data pairs are displayed in the diagram as a blue dot. A blue arrow shows the imaginary position of thedata pair if it is outside the diagram. If the Update button is activated, the most recent data pair will berepresented as a cross. (If the Update button is deactivated, any data pair selected from an index cardwill be represented as a cross in the good range window.)The colors of the areas identify various ranges:– Light green area: Range is within the intervention limits– Dark green area: Range is between the monitoring and intervention limits– Red hatched area: Range of the NOK tightenings. The fields in the right section of the good range window are identical to those on the Value display indexcard (see page 302).The good range window enables a qualitative assessment of the data pairs relative to the defined monitoringand intervention limits.Figure 10–67: Histogram index cardThe distribution of the tightening results is displayed in the Histogram index card. The measured qualityset under characteristic 1 is used as the X-axis. The number of tightening jobs (absolute frequency) isdisplayed on the Y-axis (left). An additional axis on the right provides information on the distribution of thetightening results in percent (relative frequency). The tightening results are displayed according to classes, as well as with the calculated distribution graphand average value. The number of classes is set to between 5 and 20 via the Number of classes field 1) .If the mouse is held briefly over a class, the associated number of tightenings that belong to this class willbe displayed.1) Depending on the requirements for the overviewSystem 350 | 3 608 878 040/05.2008
