6 Control Signals Tightening Technology | Bosch Rexroth AG 71/3166.3 Timing diagrams6.3.10 Setting the trigger output(1) Input, (2) Output6.3.11 NOK lock and acknowledgement(1) Input, (2) OutputA start is only possible after acknowledgement with NokAc.If the NokAc signal is “high” when starting a tightening cycle (Cw), the NOK acknowledgement function isactivated. An NOK acknowledgement is only possible after the sequence end (CyCmp) (lock). The workermust wait for the CyCmp signal and let go of the start switch (Cw at “low” again). If he acknowledges tooearly, the acknowledgement will have no effect on the system.NOK and InCy are set to “low” after a successful NOK acknowledgement (NokAc signal goes from “high”to “low”). The user can check if the NOK acknowledgement was successful at the NOK output on the PLCinterface (visualized on the LED of the hand-held nutrunner). The signal InCy stays at “high” and no othertightening cycles can be started until it has been acknowledged. An NOK signal cannot be acknowledgedby switching the controller on or off. Since the controller has an NOK status when booted, you will haveto acknowledge this.System 350 | 3 608 878 040/05.2008
