9 Tightening Processes Tightening Technology | Bosch Rexroth AG 227/3169.2 Tightening program stepsIf NOK, the tightening process is branched off to the right in the NOK path. This consists of e.g. looseningand retightening the bolted connection by jumping to a tightening step before the NOK branch (for a descriptionof the jump step on page 228). This tightening step is gone through again, as well as the NOKbranch step. If an NOK case occurs in the NOK branch step, the tightening program will be ended in theend step of this column (in Fig. 9–36 in 7, B).The associated column is completely deleted if the NOK branch step is deleted.Figure 9–36:NOK branch dialog9.2.4.1 Step nameThis entry determines the name of the auxiliary step.9.2.4.2 Number of cyclesThe maximum number of tightening cycles to be carried out before a tightening is finally evaluated as NOKmust be entered in this field.9.2.4.3 Accept valuesIf the Accept button is selected, the data is taken over in the tightening program. However, it only appliesafter the data has been sent to the controller!NoteAn explanation of the NOK branch step and tightening run sequence in Fig. 9–36 can be found in thesection on page 228.9.2.5 Jump stepA jump to another step in the run sequence is carried out with this auxiliary step. This jump can only beinserted in the run sequence after a tightening step (e.g. to loosen with a negative speed). It is usuallyused in an NOK branch to jump back to the main path.A new jump step is inserted in the tightening program by clicking on the symbol on the left. Double clickingon the jump step opens the corresponding dialog for entering the parameters (Fig. 9–37).System 350 | 3 608 878 040/05.2008
