9 <strong>Tightening</strong> Processes <strong>Tightening</strong> Technology | Bosch <strong>Rexroth</strong> AG 233/3169.2 <strong>Tightening</strong> program stepsThe process step for loosening is only documented if one of the monitoring functions for loosening is anNOK result. If loosening should also be documented for OK results, then this can only be done with atightening step and not with the “loosening function” of the end step. In this case, the loosening functionmust be deactivated in the end step.If the “Loosen” process step results in an NOK evaluation, the system will output the “Loosen (SoRel)”quality code.NoteIf both are activated, Loosen if NOK will be started first and then Loosen tightening tool.9.2.7.2 Accept valuesIf the Accept button is selected, the data is taken over in the tightening program.
