60/316 Bosch Rexroth AG | Tightening Technology 6 Control Signals6.2 Tightening controllerCntRes – Counter Reset (Counter Record Reset)When this signal is set (= switched to “high”), both counters of the OK/NOK counter are reset to theirprogrammed initial state. At the same time, the channel is released, i.e. any nutrunners blocked by the OK/NOK counter will be released.CntSel0-5 – Counter Select Bit 0-5 (Counter Record Selection)These signals are used to select the OK/NOK counters. This selection is done independently of the tighteningprogram by e.g. the partner controller. If a new counter record is selected before the default valuefor the OK/NOK counter is reached, the channel is blocked (optional) and evaluated with CntNOK =“high”.AppIn 0-15 – Application In Bit 0-15 (Application-Specific Input Signal)Application-specific signals are used to make special adjustments for customer requirements. They are suitable e.g for looping through PLC signals: a signal can be read in to the tightening controllervia a 24V interface (AppIn 0-15) and output to the partner controller via Profibus (AppOut 0-15).In the firmware V2.000, the application-specific input signals are mirrored in the outputs.Table 6–2: PLC output signals for the tightening processSignals Function DescriptionAck0-7 Acknowledge Bit 0-7 Acknowledgement program bit 0-7.Only bits 0-5 can be used.Rdy Ready Tightening controller readyNF No Fault No system errorInCy In Cycle Start activeInCyCcw In Cycle Counterclockwise Start active for loosening (prog. 99)CyCmp Cycle Complete Sequence endOK Result OK Result OKNOK Result NOK Result not OKEStop Emergency Stop Emergency OFFFtpF FTP Fault FTP data transfer errorToolBn Tool Button Tool button pressed (ErgoSpin)CCwSel Counterclockwise Select (ErgoSpin) Ccw select (ErgoSpin)CheckES Check ErgoSpin Monitoring limit ErgoSpin reachedCntOK Counter OK Default value of OK counter reachedCntNOK Counter NOK Default value of NOK counter reachedRC0-4 Rework Code Bit 0-4 Rework code bit 0-4TrigOut Trigger Out Trigger outputTorqH Torque Too High Torque too highTorqL Torque Too Low Torque too lowAnglH Angle Too High Angle too highAnglL Angle Too Low Angle too lowGradH Gradient Too High Gradient too highGradL Gradient Too Low Gradient too lowTorqRelH Torque Relative Too High Relative torque too highTorqRelL Torque Relative Too Low Relative torque too lowTorqMaxH Max.
