228/316 Bosch Rexroth AG | Tightening Technology 9 Tightening Processes9.2 Tightening program stepsFigure 9–37:Jump step dialog9.2.5.1 Step name9.2.5.2 Jump targetThis entry determines the name of the auxiliary step. The line and column of the program run sequence in which the tightening process should be continuedare entered in these two fields.NoteThe jump target is not automatically displayed in the program run sequence once the data has been transferred. For a better overview, we recommend integrating the jump target in the step name.An error message will be output if an attempt is made to delete a step that has been defined as the jumptarget for a jump step. It is not possible to delete it. If the jump target is moved by inserting and deletingother steps, the jump target will be correspondingly adjusted.9.2.5.3 Accept valuesIf the Accept button is selected, the data is taken over in the tightening program. However, it only appliesafter the data has been sent to the controller!9.2.5.4 Explanation of the NOK branch step and jump stepIf the bolt tightening ( 3 , A) is evaluated as OK in Fig. 9–38, the tightening process will be ended withthe end step (5, A). If the bolt tightening is evaluated as NOK, the tightening process will be branched tothe NOK path (4, B). The bolt will be unscrewed with a loosening process (5, B). The jump step (6, B)prompts a continuation of the tightening process at the entered jump target 3, A, i.e. the tightening resultswill be reevaluated after the bolt has been retightened in the NOK branch step (depending on the numberof cycles).NoteA tightening can only be evaluated as OK after all NOK branch steps and rework steps have been completedas OK. Furthermore, the tightening must end in column A.System 350 | 3 608 878 040/05.2008
