Enter the order number for the special component in the Order number list field.A serial number does not need to be entered for mechanical components.5. Enter the efficiency for the special component in the Efficiency list field.6. Click on Accept to accept the planetary gearbox data in the program. The data is then displayed inwhite.The assignment of parameters is aborted and any modifications are rejected by selecting Cancel.GeneralChannel configurationThe 1-channel operation checkbox is permanently activated with the Compact <strong>System</strong>.The unit (Nm, Ftlb, Inlb, kpm, kgfm, and kgm) selected in the Torque unit drop-down list is valid for thetightening program and tightening channel and is used for tightening results data, graph displays, etc. TheSpindle overload and Per. torque in the Spindle limits field is adapted to the selected unit.The Automatic radio button is only active if there is a channel configuration with a hand-held nutrunner.In this case, you can choose between automatic and manual channel configuration.With automatic channel configuration, system components with an electronic nameplate are automaticallytaken over in the configuration window and configured with the basic settings. A change in the handheldnutrunner is also automatically recognized and accepted by the automatic configuration, making thetightening system immediately ready for operation. Serial number monitoring is inactive if the automaticconfiguration is active.If the Manual radio button is active, system components with an electronic nameplate are recognized inthe tightening channel, but mechanical components (e.g. gearbox or spindle bearing) must be configuredmanually.By activating the Serial number monitoring checkbox, the exchange of an electronic component is displayed.If a component is exchanged, the serial number of the connected system component will deviate from thenumber stored in the channel configuration and a system error will be generated.<strong>System</strong> <strong>350</strong> | 3 608 878 040/05.2008
