7 Data Services Tightening Technology | Bosch Rexroth AG 97/3167.2 Ethernet communicationIdentification of the steps for results outputThe steps 2A to 4A are identified as docu steps in this example ( symbol in the step icon). Step 5A, thelast step, does not have to be identified as a docu step, since it is documented (identified as docubuffer 0) as standard. Selection takes place in the Step characteristics menu under Save results. Onthe one hand, selecting Docu buffer 1–9 keeps track of the number of already used documentation optionsand, on the other hand, the order 1–9 also influences the order in which the results are input.NoteAssign the docu buffers according to the logical sequence in the tightening process.Figure 7–9:Identification of the steps for results output7.2.3.6 Standard 350 output formatThe Standard 350 output allows you to output the results values from several steps in a tightening process,as well as all monitoring functions that can be selected in an extended tightening step. The resultsare output in the following order:– Docu buffer 1, 2, ..., 9– Result step (identified as docu buffer 0).The following marginal conditions apply to the docu buffers:Standard tightening step– The selected monitoring functions are output. The actual values for T, A, G, t, TR, and AR and themonitoring function limit values A (A-/A+), T (T-/T+), G (G-/G+), and t (t+) are output.– The output order is always the same when several monitoring functions have been selected:T-, T, T+, A-, A, A+, G-, G, G+, t, t+, TR, AR.System 350 | 3 608 878 040/05.2008
