230/316 Bosch Rexroth AG | Tightening Technology 9 Tightening Processes9.2 Tightening program steps9.2.6 Conditional input branch stepThis auxiliary step implements a branch in another path of the tightening program if one of the PLC inputs(UsrIn1/2) is active. This makes it possible to implement a tightening process that is dependent on anexternal event.A new conditional input branch step is inserted in the tightening program by clicking on the symbol onthe left. Double clicking on the step opens the corresponding dialog for entering the parameters (Fig.9–40).If this auxiliary step recognizes a low signal at input 1 or 2, the tightening process continues “straight”,i.e. in the same column (Fig. 9–40).If this auxiliary step recognizes a high signal at input 1 or 2, the tightening process will be branched off tothe right and the following tightening steps carried out there.NoteThe entire tightening is only evaluated as OK if it ends in column A. Otherwise, it is evaluated as NOK.Figure 9–40:Conditional input branch dialog9.2.6.1 Step name9.2.6.2 ConditionThis entry determines the name of the auxiliary step. This field stipulates the input IN (UsrIn1 or UsrIn2). Assignment of the UsrIn 1/2 inputs to a physical inputis done in the PLC assignment table (see page 240). The branch occurs if the corresponding input in thecontroller is active.System 350 | 3 608 878 040/05.2008
