10 Working with the System Tightening Technology | Bosch Rexroth AG 283/31610.3 Tightening case analysis10.3.2 Graph display of the measurement values in the BS35010.3.2.1 Measurement valuesThe graph display is a visualization of the measurement values based on the measuring points of the tighteningsequence. The measurement values used for the internal tightening sequence evaluation (targetand monitoring functions) can be displayed: Angle A, Torque T, Redundancy torque TRed, Gradient G.In the start step of each tightening program the graph resolution (0.25°; 0.5°; 1°; 2°; 5°; 10°; 20°; 50°)and the maximum number of measuring points (100, 200, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000) are set (seepage 204). Within each tightening step the graph resolution for recording the measurement values canbe adjusted for this step. This allows a low resolution (e.g. 10°; 20°; 50°) to be selected for longer tighteningphases (e.g. “tightening”) in order to record e.g. the “end torque phase” with a higher resolution(e.g. 0.25°; 0.5°; 1°; 2°; 5°) without exceeding the maximum number of storable measurement values. The measurement values are stored in the controller after being processed (see page 257). There arethree reserved storage sections within the controller:– Measurement value storage for last tightening– Measurement value storage for NOK tightenings– Graph memoryThe controller always saves the measurement values from the tightening program last conducted in themeasurement value storage for the last tightening. The measurement values that are already in this storageare moved into the measurement value storage for NOK tightenings if the tightening was NOK. If the“old” measurement values come from an OK tightening they are deleted. The contents of the measurementvalue storages contain:Measurement valuestorage for last tighteningMeasurement valuestorage for NOKtighteningsExampleThis storage contains the results of the last tightening conducted (cycle n).This storage contains the results of the last NOK tightening up to and including n-1.Measurement valuestorage forlast tighteningNOK?NoYesMeasurement valuestorage forNOK tighteningsFigure 10–47: Measurement value storage administration on the controllerSystem 350 | 3 608 878 040/05.2008
