The rework instructions can be in the form of a text or number on the LCD or TFT display,or be output via appropriate control signals. For example, signal lamps can be actuated via the signaloutputs if there is a suitable PLC assignment table.31 rework codes are provided internally. These codes can each be assigned a text (max. 80 characters).The code is output as a binary encoded control signal.Rework codes are only offered on the channel level. The rework codes are also set as a 5-bit number(Ch x.y RC0 to Ch x.y RC4) along with the results of a tightening (Ch x.y OK or Ch x.y NOK).10.1.7.1 Rework code assignment and rework instructions entryThe rework codes are entered in the BS<strong>350</strong> operating system along with the quality codes.
